Dear Diary,

Today i went to school for my first day of high school here in Christopoly. I was very nervous at first but I have grown up with all of my classmates, so that made it a little bit better. I started off my day by getting up at 7:00am like I always do and put on my school uniform. I got a new uniform this year my skirt is navy blue and it comes down to my knee. My top is off white and it is a 3/4 length sleeve. After i got ready for school I ate breakfast (a sausage, egg and cheese burrito). It was very delicious. I then left for school, I ride a bike just like everyone else does, but mine is lime green and hot pink ( I picked it out myself). I arrived at school and got my schedule. My first class was English and my teacher is really nice. my second class was history, my teacher has fiery red hair and it is curly. My third class is dance and it is ballroom dancing. I then have a 15 minute break and then I go to German. Fifth period I have art class and then I have math. Last I have a science class. By this time it is 1:00pm and I go home for lunch with my family. We also had neighbor hood competitions my family is in 2nd place so far, but we still have the rest of the week.

sincerely,

Sarah Beth Phillips

Dear Nathan,

Hello! How are you doing today. I am well I hope you are too. I started at my new job today. I work at a clothing store making and selling the clothes. It is a lot of fun working here. I miss you so and I can not wait until you come home form your missions trip. The kids are doing well they started their first day of the new school year. As you probably remember it is Sarah Beth's first day of high school. She is getting so old, I do not know where the time has gone. I hope that she likes it the way that we did. That is where we met you know. Jonathan is starting his first day of 2nd grade and I got him a new uniform that has a patch of a dinosaur on the sleeve, he was so excited that he wanted to wear it everyday until the first day of school. He is so cute and I can not believe how big he is. You have only 10 days until your birthday. I wish that I could be there with you and give you your present and see your face when you get it. You need to take lots of pictures so that we can act like we were there with you seeing all of the people there.

I love you so much,

Martha May Phillips

The governing body

The church is the governing body for the whole island. If you have any questions then you may contact them at anytime. The church will discipline any person who decides to break any number of the rules. They are also the Councilors for the island and they will meet with every person at least once a year for an annual counseling with you. There are little security cameras all over the island so that they can make sure that everything is going well and discipline people as they decide. Since the church is the governing body then what they say is to be followed with in reason.
our list of rules
  1. You shall have no other gods before me (Jesus is the only god that you will serve).
  2. You shall not make for yourself any graven image(you will not need a statue of any god to pray to you can just pray to God at anytime and any place that you would like )
  3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain(it is very rude and will not be tolerated)
  4. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy(you must attend church every Sunday and no one will work or go to school on this day ).
  5. Honor your Father and your Mother , that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you(you must respect and honor your mom and dad for they are your parents and they are in charge of your wrong doing).
  6. You shall not murder(we will not tolerated anyone killing another person. if you do you will be asked to leave immediately).
  7. You shall not commit adultery(you will be loyal to your spouse and not look at someone"s spouse in a lustful way)
  8. You shall not steal(you must not steal form anyone on the island).
  9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor (you must not lie about what someone else has done).
  10. You shall not covet (you should not be jealous about what some one else has)
  11. You shall not be homosexual (marriage is ment to be between a man and a woman)

Any person who is in violation of any of these laws:

1st time: you will be given a warning

2nd time: you will be asked to meet with the pastor of the church and the deacons

3rd time: you will be asked to leave the island for good.

Our Declaration of Independence

We the people of Christopoly have many issues and problems with the way the government of the modern-day world. We also think that they are morally and physically corrupt in what they decide to do with other people.
Here in the great town of Christopoly are distinguished members of society who thought it better to live out on our own land for we did not approve of the was society was working at the current time.
The first point that I would like to bring up is the issue of the fowl language the people use out in the modern-day world. There is no excuse for using "curse words " or "swear words" as they are commonly called. We as fine people of the christian community do not think that we should have to be subjects to this outrage.
My second point is to talk about how people decide to have sex before marriage. Sex was and is made for marriage and only with the person that you are married to. It is talked about in our holy book the Bible and is said to be experienced with in the locks of marriage. we would like to know why people have decided to have pre-marrital sex. We believe that abstinence is the key and that we will not get STD's (sexually transmitted diseases)when we decide to have sex because we will only have one sexual partner.
In Christopoly we will not disciminate against anyone of any color because we are all God's children and we will not have anyone be put in that situation. We will all get along with each other or you will be asked to leave the island.
We will not tolerate people being homosexual or bi-sexual for we see it as being a sin and you will be asked to leave the island because it is against what the Bible says.
In all we believe that no should have to deal with what the real world is putting us through so we have decided to make our own town where we do not have to deal with fowl language, discrimination, and sex and homosexuality or bi-sexuality that is not holy in God's eyes.

My topian animal is a lamb.

My reasoning for my choice is because in the Bible Jesus is known as a "lamb that was sacrificed for our sins".
